We are the only Inn on the Island which offers guests both a relaxing Jacuzzi Spa and a stunning view of Nantucket Harbor from our Widow's Walk deck.

    Seven Sea Street Inn is on a quiet, tree-lined side street, a stone's throw from Cook's Cycle Shop and less than a five minute walk from Main Street, Children's Beach, and Steamboat Wharf. Beach towels, a bike rack, and limited off-street parking are also provided for your convenience.

    Our rates are neither the highest nor the lowest to be found on Nantucket Island, but represent excellent value for the quality of accommodations provided. We are open year round, accept most credit cards and recommend advance reservations. We believe a stay at Seven Sea Street will exceed your expectations and would consider it a privilege to be your Nantucket hosts.

    Included with your accommodation is an elegant continental breakfast served at two seatings in our cozy fireside breakfast room on Villeroy & Boch "basket" china. Breakfast includes a large Fresh Fruit Salad, Bananas and Cream, a homemade Cranberry Crunch Granola and corn flakes, a variety of freshly baked Coffee Cakes, Deluxe Cranberry Citrus, San Francisco Sourdough, and Wild Maine Blueberry English Muffins, Vanilla Yogurt, Green Mountain "Harvard Blend" or Hazelnut gourmet coffee, premium Florida orange juice and a fine selection of classic Bigelow teas. Upon request we can serve it to you in bed, delivered on a breakfast tray.

  • Directions to Nantucket

    Seven Sea Street Inn's location in the Old Historic District just couldn't be better. On a quiet tree lined side street, just beyond the bustle of the core district but less than a five minute walk from Main street, the Wharves, and the beach. From Steamboat Wharf, take your first right onto South Beach Street, and then your second left onto Sea Street. The Main House and Guest House are half way up the street on the left. The Swan House is just around the corner on Ash Lane.

    Please remember while staying with us you don't need to bring your car to Nantucket. Most people park their cars at the Hyannis ferry docks with a $8-10 overnight charge. Many alternative modes of travel are available to you on Nantucket including walking, biking, mopeds, a great shuttle bus system, and taxis.

    Traveling to Nantucket

    Driving to Hyannis:
    From New York City (271 miles) - follow Route 95 to Providence, Route 195 to Wareham, Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge (follow the signs for Cape and the Islands), Route 6 to Route 132 into Hyannis. Follow the signs to airport or ferry docks. Trip is approximately 4.5-5 hours depending on traffic.

    From Boston (80 miles) - follow Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) to Route 6 over the Sagamore Bridge, to Route 132 into Hyannis. Follow signs to the airport or ferry docks. Trip is approximately 1.5 hours depending on the traffic.

    Children over age five are welcome in our two-room suite or deluxe suite during high season, and throughout the inn during the rest of the year. The Swan House rooms with a Loft are for children over age 7, parental discretion is advised.
