The 4-Room Cottage Suite is just steps from the Inn... our most spacious and private, decorated in contemporary flair with a King Bed, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub-Shower Bath with skylight to view the moon and stars. Fireplace in the Living Room, AC, HDTV, DVD, CD; An eat-in kitchen adjacent to your outdoor Patio w/ tete a tete table and chairs. Appointed in silky hues of apple green, sky blue and sunny gold. Sleeps 3rd person on a pullout sofabed in the LR...3rd person charge = 50% of regular room rate per night. Ground level.
Waterfire -
Our largest deluxe room, very private with its own private entrance and lots of light. Handsome King Canopy Rice Poster Bed, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub-Shower Bath, AC, HDTV, DVD, CD. Fireplace and sitting area with a handsome, large mirrored armoire, facing lovely green lawns through the bay window. An Asian feel in shades of jade and cabernet with white lace. Rest and relax under the oaks and maples with lacy iron garden table and chairs for the two of you. Ground level.

Policies...
- RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS: 1-3 nights payment in full, or 50% of 6 plus nights including tax. The balance will be charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require payment in full. Some minimum stays are required and we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher priced room at no additional charge. Rates displayed online are based on minimum night stays and are subject to change based on availability. Shorter stays may be possible based on availability. Call us at 800-432-4345 to inquire.
- Check-In: 2-5 PM or the stated arrival time when booked is on your confirmation. Arrangements are made for later arrival.
- Our niche environment is a quiet, calm setting for Couples and Business Singles. Our rooms are with one King or one Queen Bed; we do not provide cots or cribs. Children age 16 up are welcomed with parent (s).

Smoking and burning candles is not allowed. Any deviation from this policy will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: 21 days notice less $50 per room per night or 10% of total sale, whichever is greater. On shorter notice, for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel/administrative fee.
