Cape Cod Inn on the Beach

All of our units open to a grass courtyard, with the exception of the "beach house" which has direct access to the beach. The courtyard is filled with flowering shrubs and fragrant flowers. The courtyard has an unobstructed view of our private beach and Nantucket Sound. All units are just steps away from our upper patio area where sitting under the shade of colorful umbrellas one can enjoy the beauty of the beach and the surrounding gardens.

Each of the units have refrigerators, microwave ovens and cable T.V.s. DVD players can be checked out from the office along with a choice selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. Inn on the Beach has wireless Internet which is accessible in all areas of our property. All units are air conditioned and heated.

All rates are double occupancy and do not include tax. Additional charge is $25.00/night per extra person.
Weekends and Holidays are subject to higher rate.

2013 Rates Summary

Off Season Rates: April 15th to May 30th, and September 27th to November 1st

In Season Rates: June 21st to September 2nd

Shouder Seasons Rates: May 31st to June 20th, and September 3rd to September 26th

• All rates are based on double occupancy per room and does not include tax.
• Each additional person (12 yrs old or older) will be charged $ 25.00/ night extra.
• During our Off Season, we require a two night minimum stay.
• During our In Season, we require a four night minimum stay.
• Shorter stays may be accepted in case of last minute reservation, availibility and upon the Innkeepers discretion.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation and occupy a room. Proof of I.D. may be required.
• Check-in is 3pm to 5 pm. Later arrivals must be prearranged.
• Check-out is 11 am, although you are welcome to stay around and relax on our beach after you check out of your room.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit required on all reservations 4 nights or more; balance due on arrival.
• A 3 nights reservation or less will require payment in full on the day of the booking(s).
• We honor VISA, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Parking will be limited to one car per unit. Additional vehicles will be ask  to park in the public parking lot (at a town fee during the summer).
• Cancellations: A 10% service charge will be deducted on all cancelled reservations. The deposit balance will be promptly refunded for notice of cancellation received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Refund with less than 14 day notice is contingent on resale of entire reservation.
• Group bookings: Requesting five or more rooms for the same arrival and departure pattern is considered a group booking . Group bookings have different rates and deposit requirements than non-group reservations. To request a reservation for your group or  for more information, please contact us.
• Pets: We understand guests would like to bring their pets on vacation with them. As we do not have areas other than the beach and garden/patio area reserved for our guests, we will have a no pet policy. We will be happy to refer you to the nearest Kennel.
• Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment. For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. TGhere will be a $ 100 extra charge to cover the additional cleaning for smoke removal if smoking is detected with the room. Guests may also be asked to leave without a refund.
• Damage to Property: If a guest causes damage to the Inn property, it is their responsibility to replace or repair the damaged item(s).
