Welcome to the Brandt House!

Brandt House is a three and-a-half-acres, turn-of-the-century estate located in a charming residential area of Greenfield, just minutes from I-91 and Route 2 in northwestern Massachusetts. Since its creation in 1986, the Brandt House has been a Pioneer Valley oasis for tourists, business travelers, and event organizers. Greenfield and the Pioneer Valley blend culture, history, adventure, and hospitality into an unforgettable rural vacation experience.

Beyond the comforts of our guest rooms are a variety of public spaces and amenities. Relax in our plush Living Room complete with a cozy fire, or put your feet up and read a book in the library or in the breezy Sun Room. Outside, a tree-lined wraparound porch, and access to miles of scenic hiking trails behind our gardens. In the morning, our delicious home-cooked breakfasts are served in the Dining Room, or you may choose an intimate breakfast in the Living Room, outside patio, or on lazy mornings, breakfast in bed. All breakfasts include fresh-baked goods, fruit, fresh roasted coffee and our signature homemade granola.

On weekends we also feature a select hot entrée such as gingerbread waffles, pumpkin pancakes, or tomato basil quiche. Special requests and dietary needs can always be accommodated.

Owner and Innkeeper Sean Warren, along with his experienced staff are delighted to provide that extra touch of service to make your stay memorable. Enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day, and champagne on request for special occasions. Let us assist you with restaurant selections, tourism references, or any other special requests.

The Brandt House offers nine guest rooms, seven with private baths and two with a shared bath. Each room features luxurious feather beds, down comforters, aromatic soaps and lotions, along with remote control TV, private telephone, and air conditioning. Select rooms also come with working fireplaces, large soaking tubs, or a full kitchen.

Business travelers enjoy the benefits of a hotel with the comforts of home including free, internet, and Wi-Fi access, along with a fax machine and copier.

The rate for each room includes the lodging and breakfast for up to 2 people per room.
There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for extra guests in each room.
Special situations allow for children under the age of 12, please call to make arrangements.

Our spacious and flexible floor plan features French doors leading to covered porches, patios and private grounds. The staff is experienced in recommending the very best local caterers, florists, and other support services that will ensure your event is a success. Weddings and civil unions require that the entire house be booked for both Friday and Saturday of the event weekend. There is also a $25.00 per person fee for use of the property for those guests attending the event but not staying at the house.
