Woods Hole Passage Bed & Breakfast Inn

We welcome children and we need to plan, so let us know. We have an 'infant' room for families with a little one. We also have a room with queen bed, private bath and a single bed in the alcove. Unfortunately, families with more than one child need 2 rooms with us.

Rates 2012-2013
All five rooms rent at the same price.

Inn Season: (double occupancy)
$179.00  April 1 through May 23
$199.00  May 24 through September 30
$179.00  October 1 through November 29

Winter Season: (double occupancy)
$139.00   November 30 through March 31

• All rates include a FULL breakfast.
• Rates do not include state and local taxes of 9.7%
• Extra person in Room #4 is an additional charge of $25.00 per night
• All major credit cards & Travelers Checks accepted (and of course, cash!)
• Woods Hole Passage is a NON-SMOKING inn and property.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, 100% for stays of one or two nights. Deposit refundable with a 2 week notice,less a $25 handling charge. On shorter notice, the full payment is forfeited for the entire reservation, unless the room is re-rented.
• All personal information about our guests, collected during the booking process, remains totally private & secure with us.
• Minimum two night stay on weekends, three nights for July, August, holidays and special events, for advanced reservations.
• Check-In time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm; Check-Out time: 11:00am, unless prior arrangements are made.
• Children of all ages are welcome, with prior arrangements.
• Neither Elsa, our resident pooch, or Dulci, our cat, have access to the guest rooms. We cannot accommodate pets in the rooms.
• Business-friendly secure wireless internet is available in all rooms.
