The Augusta Suite

The Federal style Inn offers an ideal Cape Cod getaway with its five guest rooms including private baths. The separate Carriage House offers two guest rooms with private baths. All rates are double occupancy and include a creative continental breakfast and afternoon snacks & refreshments.

All rooms include private bath, Quiet Clean air filters, Wi-Fi availability, air-conditioning, TV's (some w/flat screens), decorative fireplaces, ceiling fans, and nightly turn down service. Please note: The Inn parking lot accommodates one car per room; additional parking available on street in front of Inn (Hewins Street).

Policies

Standard Check-in time is from 3 - 6 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Special arrangements are available but must be made in advance.
A minimum two night stay on weekends, three nights for holiday weekends and special events.
The Inn accepts MasterCard, VISA, Travelers Checks and Cash. Personal checks accepted in advance as deposit only.
For stays of less than 5 nights, a deposit of 50% will guarantee your reservation.
The balance is then due at check-in.
A 5+ night stay must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Rates do not include state and local tax of 9.7%
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the accommodation. Also, no refunds will be given for arrival after reserved arrival date or departure after reserved departure date.
The Village Green Inn is a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is allowed on our outside patio only.
Well supervised and behaved children 10 years of age and older, are welcome.
The Inn cannot accommodate pets. The Carriage House is home to our resident small dog and cat, therefore, additional small pets will be considered. Prior arrangements required. $15 pet fee per stay.
Innkeeper reserves the right to ensure the quality enjoyment of the Inn by all our guests.

Named for its view of the town's historic village green, on July 4th, 1804, the last link in the circle of homes about the green was completed by an old-fashioned house-raising bee for Braddock Dimmick.
