Baileys location in Falmouth, Massachussetts makes it very accessible to all that Cape Cod & New England have to offer. A ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket, a short drive to Plymouth, Newport & Boston. Dine at restaurants within walking distance or a short drive; walk to the ferry that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard, golf at any of the many public courses, play tennis or shop on Falmouth’s Main Street. Nature preserves and entertainment are all within a short distance of Baileys oceanfront location.

The idea of owning a Victorian home on the ocean was a dream of Jerry & Liz. Jerry enjoyed challenges and different experiences (working in the corporate world and around the world for 30 years) and Liz enjoyed people and socializing (most likely related to her nursing career). After 2 ½ years of searching for the perfect location and another 4 years of renovations, they opened the doors to Baileys By the Sea. They have two daughters, one in Boulder, Colorado, the other in Omaha, Nebraska and three beautiful granddaughters!
They feel they achieved their goals which were to preserve the historic structure as a home yet be welcoming to guests as an oceanfront B&B. They welcome you to come experience and enjoy the hospitality of Baileys and its indescribable views! -
After crossing over the Bourne Bridge, take Route 28 south for 13.1 miles to the first set of traffic lights. The sign at the corner will direct you to Hyannis which can be confusing.
- Turn left onto Jones Road. Travel 1.1 miles to the second set of lights (busy intersection).
- Proceed straight through onto Worcester Court (which becomes a divided road at the blinking red light) .
- Follow Worcester Court which will end at the ocean.
- Take a right onto Grand Avenue (ocean and beach will be on your left). Do Not Turn At First “Grand Ave” Street Sign.
- Turn Right When You Reach The Ocean.
- Follow Grand Avenue for .3 miles to Baileys By the Sea (on the corner of Grand Avenue and Hope Avenue).
- Parking is behind the house on Hope Avenue.
