Since the early 1900's, Inn at the Oaks (formerly The Over Look Inn) has been providing accommodations for visitors to the Lower Cape. Each of the Inn's distinct bedrooms features private bathrooms, queen-size brass beds and down comforters. We have a variety of room types and amenities designed for friends and family alike; including 2 pet friendly rooms in our Carriage House.A full breakfast is served everyday from 8:30 until 10:30 in The Serving Area. Afternoon tea and coffee is served at 4. The rest of the time you will find complementary beverages available.

Go over the Bourne Bridge, at the Rotary go 1/2 of the way around and follow the road that runs along the canal. Take a right at the first traffic light (this is the entrance to route 6). *Follow route 6 past exit 12, to the Orleans Rotary. From there you will continue on Route 6 (at this point it changes to an undivided highway, please pay careful attention to the speed limit, they are tough about it.) After the Rotary you will go straight through the 1st and 2nd traffic lights. (The first traffic light is at the Town Hall and the Windmill. The second is by the National Seashore Visitors Center.) After the second light look for the Inn on the left just at the end of the median.
