Inn at the Oaks

The Inn at the Oaks boasts 10 guest rooms and suites all nestled into a warm and welcoming Victorian setting with modern amenities. Each room has private bath, A/C, Cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fans, telephone and wireless internet access. Our suites are great options for families of all ages. Each suite sleeps 4 and for larger families we even have 1 room that can sleep up to 6. All have access to a refrigerator, and microwave either in the room or as part of the butler's pantry in the Carriage House.

Our Traditional rooms have all the comforts of home while you are away. These rooms offer either a queen bed, or 2 twins or a king. Some of these rooms are also perfect for a family of 3, where we can add a cot for the 3rd person. Rates from $120 - $190

Captain's Room

Our Getaway Rooms are each unique and offer a few more amenities than our Traditional Rooms. Extra amenities include fireplaces, porches or a claw-foot soaking tub. These are great for a couple, a couple with an infant or a quiet retreat for Grandma and Grandpa on the family vacation. Rates from $170 - $210.

Our 1st Mates Suites are both on the first floor of the Carriage House and are our pet friendly rooms. They each have a queen bed in the main room and either 2 twins or bunk beds in the second room. Rates from $180-250.

The Sail Loft

The Sail Loft is 1 large room with a private deck that can sleep a family of up to 6 with a queen, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.

The Henry Beston Suite is a 2 room, 1 1/2 bath suite that sleeps 4 with a King and 2 twins.

The Oak Suite

The Oak Suite is a 2 room, 2 bath suite on the third floor of the inn. It can sleep up to 5 with a queen in one room and a twin and double futon in the second room.

• High Season: Friday before Memorial Day thru Sunday after Columbus Day.
• Quiet Season: Sunday after Columbus Day thru Thursday before Memorial Day.
• Rates reflect per night, per couple and include a full country breakfast and afternoon tea.
• Extra person in room $25. Mass.
• State Lodging Tax of 9.7% is not included. Minimum stay 2 nights (3 nights on holidays).
• Reservations for three nights or less should be accompanied by full payment.
• For longer stays, a 50% deposit is requested with the balance payable upon arrival.
• Cancellations should be made 14 days prior to arrival date for a full refund minut a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will receive a refund only if the room is re-rented.
• Children are welcome.
• Pets are welcome.
• Smoking is permitted on the porch only.

We accept Children of all ages. We have 3 family rooms in our Carriage House that are designed specifically for Families. Each room has a queen and 2 twin bed, private bath ensuite with a tub/shower combination, A/C, TV, DVD and all three rooms share a butler's pantry that has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and 2 burner stove top. The Sail Loft is great for larger families and will sleep up to 6. 

We welcome pets in our 1st Mate Suites, they are the Family Suites on the first floor of the Carriage House. Each of these suites has a queen and 2 twin beds, private bath ensuite, A/C, refrigerator, TV, DVD and access to the butlers pantry with refrigerator, microwave, sink and 2 burner stove top.

There is a $25 per stay pet charge. We ask that if you wish to leave your pet in the room alone the he/she be crated and you leave us your cell phone number to contact you incase your pet is upset.
