There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. One room can be rented with a private hall bathroom with tub and shower. For those traveling as either family or friends, the two rooms can be rented as a two room suite with one bathroom. Rent one room for $140 per night or both rooms for $240 during peak season. Rent one room for $120 or both for $220 off season. Peak season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Reservation Information
- The deposit is due immediately to hold a reservation.
- The balance is due upon arrival.
- One night stays require payment in full.
- Deposits can be made using PayPal.
- We prefer payment of the balance upon arrival, using personal or traveler's checks or cash.
- The full balance is expected if you choose to shorten your stay once you check-in or if you are within the 10 day cancellation period.
- If notification is prior to the cancellation date, a full refund of the deposit will be made less a $25 processing fee.
- We ask that you call us directly at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival to confirm or re- confirm your arrival time.
