Our continental breakfast is usually served between 7 and 10 AM, but can be altered to accommodate all lifestyles. We serve coffee, tea, juice, cereal, muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit. This includes our home grown raspberries when they are in season!There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. One room can be rented with a private hall bathroom with tub and shower. For those traveling as either family or friends, the two rooms can be rented as a two room suite with one bathroom. Rent one room for $140 per night or both rooms for $240 during peak season. Rent one room for $120 or both for $220 off season. Peak season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Reservation Information - The deposit is due immediately to hold a reservation.
- The balance is due upon arrival.
- One night stays require payment in full.
- Deposits can be made using PayPal.
- We prefer payment of the balance upon arrival, using personal or traveler's checks or cash.
- The full balance is expected if you choose to shorten your stay once you check-in or if you are within the 10 day cancellation period.
- If notification is prior to the cancellation date, a full refund of the deposit will be made less a $25 processing fee.
- We ask that you call us directly at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival to confirm or re- confirm your arrival time.
