Located a few steps from the main house, this spacious and very private ocean-view honeymoon cottage has it all. Pass through the patio garden and enter the light-filled wet-bar area. Chill a bottle of wine, make a cup of tea or just enjoy the feeling of natural clay tile underfoot. A wainscotted bathroom with whimsically tiled shower stall, pedestal sink, and plush terry bathrobes await. 2 adults only

Whether you are staying for a week or a few days, you will appreciate the spacious cathedral ceiling living room, boasting a gallery of original oil paintings by a local artist. There is pull out sofa bed in the livingroom to be used in the event that seperate sleeping is needed. (Maximum occupancy of 2)  Catch a breeze or gaze at the sea through the pair of 9' doors. If it's cool, close your shuttered windows and enjoy the warmth of your gas fireplace. Upstairs you will find the quintessential Cape Cod bedroom: white shutters, skylight, maple plank flooring and a Queen size white wrought iron sleigh bed perfectly highlighted by the blue and white bed linens. Enjoy a full breakfast in the main house or, for a small fee, we will deliver a tray to your cottage so you can savor your gourmet breakfast in total privacy.

Each suite/cottage is a private refuge, uniquely decorated to reflect the casually refined atmosphere of Cape Cod. The cottage has a gas fireplace, while the two suites in the main house share a living room with wood burning fireplace. All accommodations have modern private baths, queen size beds, Flat -screen cable TV/DVDs, AM/FM radios/CD players, individually controlled heat and air-conditioning, down comforters, separate guest entrances, hair dryers, bath robes, beverage refrigerators, and top quality linens. Iron and board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas will also be provided. Free WiFi

        Rates include a complimentary full breakfast.  There are NO additional Taxes or fees.

• Weekly rates: We are pleased to discount the daily-rate for the cottage by $25 for a weekly reservation.
• Three-night minimum stay June-August and some weekends and holidays. Holiday rates may vary.
• 2-night weekend stay add $25 to the rate for a 2-night weekend stay (Friday and Saturday) during July and August. Subject to availability.
• This rate includes a complimentary, full breakfast served in the dining room. Add $25/night to this rate to receive your gourmet breakfast delivered to your private suite or cottage.*
• Rates are per room single or double occupancy.
• Three night minimum stay June- August. (Please plan to reserve a room well in advance, as we are usually fully booked during these busy months. Shorter stays during peak-season are booked when there are vacancies due to cancellations.)
• Two night minimum stay September - May.
• Price includes all taxes, tips, gratuities and a hearty country breakfast.
• No Smoking.
• Check In Time: Please call with your arrival time to ensure that we will be available to greet you. Regrettably, we can not accommodate arrivals before 3 p.m.
• Check Out Time: 10:30 AM. Thank you for your consideration!
• A fifty-percent (50%) deposit (two-night minimum) must be received within seven days of the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• The balance due, if any, is payable upon arrival in cash or travelers' checks. We do not accept credit cards.
• For cancellations, notification in writing is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit is then refunded, less a $25 service charge.
• With less than 30 days prior notice, refund will be given if accommodations can be re-booked for the entire duration of the reservation.
• All cancellations are final once we issue a cancellation confirmation via e-mail.
• We do not refund for early departures.
