    The Ship's Knees Inn exemplifies the quiet Yankee tradition of old Cape Cod. Our 16 guest rooms are individually decorated with antiques and some offer ocean views.

    Rooms also have the latest conveniences: refrigerators, Cable TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning (5/15 - 9/30). Our continental breakfast may be enjoyed outside in pleasant weather, or in our cozy breakfast room or parlor.
    Rates & Policies
    • Extra person add $30.
    • Prices subject to change.
    • Massachusetts Hospitality Tax is 9.7%
    • Reservations for one (1) night must be prepaid in full.
    • Reservations over three (3) nights require a 50% deposit.
    • This Advance Deposit guarantees to both guests and management the entire reserved period.
    • Balance due upon arrival.
    • An early departure or last minute (less than 15 days) cancellation is subject to the full room charges of your original reservation.
    • If we are able to re-book your room due to last minute cancellation or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee.
    • Minimum Stay Requirements:
      • 6/17 - 9/18: 2 Night Stay
      • 5/1 - 6/16 & 9/19 - 10/31:
        • 1 Night Stay/Monday - Thursday
        • 2 Night Stay/Friday - Sunday
      • 11/1 - 4/30: 1 Night Stay
      • Except Holiday Weekends: 2 Night Stay

    • Check-In: 2 - 9 p.m. Arrivals after 9 p.m. will not be honored without prior arrangements.

  • Nauset Suite

    New for 2010 is our king bedroom "Nauset" suite with private entrance. Completed just after the Memorial Weekend it includes a private entrance and is located in the 1971 addition to the 1820 main house. Guests will have approximately 450 sq ft of living area making it the 2nd largest accommodation at the Inn.

    Besides the king bed it also includes a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room area allowing for a capacity of 4 guests. This unit has 2 large flat screen TV's, 1 with a DVD player and includes all of the other inn amenities of Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC (in season) & refrigerator. This accommodation has a 3 night minimum in summer season & 2 nights during all other periods. $190 - $295
