The 170 year old Chatham Gables Inn is a historic Sea Captain's Manse built in Chatham, MA in 1839 and completely restored in 2010 by proprietors Brian Dougherty and Nick Robert. Today, guests from all over the world enjoy private, sophisticated and well appointed guest rooms with personalized services and boutique amenities.
Spacious common areas include the reception parlor, the chart room and the breakfast gallery featuring fine works from local artists. The Chatham Gables Inn provides the classic Cape Cod inn experience within a short stroll to all of Chatham's world class offerings, including great beaches and the many shops, galleries and restaurants found on Main Street.

About the Innkeepers - Brian & Nick combine their backgrounds in hospitality management, real estate and interior design to lead a wonderful and dedicated team at the inn. Prior to acquiring the property, the two partners were based in New York City and enjoyed success in their respective careers.
Most recently, Brian served as director of sales & operations for a private membership club company where he oversaw a team of 40 associates. Previously, he lived in Las Vegas and was the director of North America business development for a division of Wyndham Worldwide. Brian has also worked on the sales & marketing of luxury real estate projects in the Turks and Caicos and Jackson Hole WY.
After earning dual Masters degrees from NYU, Nick served as the set designer for several major television networks, including CBS, ABC and the Food Network. Nick is a founding partner of Board & Batten LLC, a NYC based interior design firm with a diverse residential and commercial porfolio ranging from a Long Island beach house to a SoHo advertising agency.
Brian and Nick have become very active in the community through their real estate practice www.chathampropertyteam.com as well as their involvement with the Chatham Lodging Association and their seat on the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce.
All of the rooms at the historic Chatham Gables Inn have recently been renovated and provide guests with a classic yet sophisticated setting during their stay on Cape Cod. Guests of the inn can appreciate amenities and services including designer furniture and fabrics, private baths, air conditioning, LCD flat screen TVs, complimentary WiFi, luxurious Matouk bedding and Pharmacopia bath amenities. Many guest rooms have their own fireplaces and private entrances.

All of our rates are based on single or double occupancy and include full daily breakfast for two. Additional guests may be accommodated in certain rooms at an additional rate of $50 per night. - please inquire via phone or email. State & local occupancy tax is extra.
Deposits: A 50% deposit via major credit card is due at the time of booking for reservations of 2 nights or longer - with the balance due on arrival. Deposits are fully refundable for cancelations 21 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Check-in: 3pm
Late Arrival: Your vacation should be done on your terms, not ours! Therefore, you may arrive anytime you please. Guests arriving after-hours will receive a sealed envelope with a welcome letter with details of the amenities, a floorplan of the inn and of course room keys.
Check-out: 11am. We must assess a late fee for guests who are unable to vacate their guest room by 12noon.
Pets & Children: We love animals, but are unable to welcome them to the inn. Please contact us directly for nearby boarding facilities. We love children even more, but our property is not suitable for young travelers under the age of 10. If you are traveling with little ones, please let us know and we will kindly recommend kid-friendly accommodations in the area.
Smoking: The Chatham Gables Inn is a smoke-free environment.
Excessive Cleaning / Damage: In the rare event that a room or its contents are damaged due to extreme guest negligence, we must assess a cleaning or replacement charge not to exceed $200.
