Apricot Berry (#2) is a sunny room located on the second floor. The queen size, four-poster rice bed piled high with pillows makes this room a favorite. The room offers a sitting nook and spacious bathroom with shower and tub.

Garden Lane (#3) is a bright and cheery room located on the second floor. Garden Lane boasts the largest bathroom with a shower, tub, and dressing area. Rate: $155-$185 a night

Arlington Poppy (#4) is located on the second floor facing the grounds and is one of the prettiest rooms in the Inn! The room features a queen size, four-poster rice bed with two comfortable antique chairs and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub.

Seabird (#5) is a cozy, comfortable and airy room located on the first floor of the carriage house. This room has a twin beds and private bathroom with enclosed shower.

Rate: $150-$160 a night

Captain Jones Quarters (#1) is a large corner room on the west side of the Inn located on the first floor. This room has a mahogany king size bed, pumpkin pine floors, a sitting area, and private bathroom with shower.

Rate: $155-$185 a night

High Loft (#7) is a private Nantucket style suite located on the second floor of the carriage house. The room offers a queen size bed, day bed, paddle fan, A/C, refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom with tub/shower, and outside entrance with nice private deck.

Rate: $150-$160 a night

Peaceful (#6) is tucked away on the first floor of the carriage house on the rear side of the building. Relax after a day at the beach on your own deck overlooking the garden.

Peaceful has a queen size four-poster bed, paddle fan, Victorian armoire and vanity, and private bathroom with shower and tub.

• Rates include a four course gourmet breakfast & afternoon appetizers and are based on double or single occupancy. A 11.7% occupancy tax will be added to your final bill.

• Two Night Minimum on Weekends: May-October. Discount for stays of one week or more.

• Check In/Check Out: Check-in times are 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m. we will leave a welcome package and room key. We cannot accommodate arrivals before 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.: Time necessary to prepare rooms for incoming guests.

• Payments: Payments may be made by personal check, cash, or most major credit cards

• Deposit/Cancellation Policy: To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked. Deposits will not be forfeited if guest fails to arrive, arrives after confirmed arrival date, or departs before final day of the reservation. Deposits are applied first against the last day(s) of the reservation, and the balance is charged to the guest. When given at least fourteen days' notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee. When less than fourteen days' notice of cancellation is given, the deposit is non-refundable.
