- Room weekend rentals are normally subject to a minimum 2-night stay.
- Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day are minimum 3-night stays.
- For a weekly stay, we take the midweek rate times 6 and give you the 7th night free.
- We will schedule a limited number of 2-night stays over Labor Day weekend. The base rate will be $175/night.
- Efficiencies, in season, rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
- Children under 15 free in room with adult (limit 2 per room).
- Rollaways & cribs available at an additional $10/day.
- Now 19 kitchenettes available. Can make every other room a suite!
- An additional adult in the room is $15/night.
- We are a small seasonal motel and do not give discounts for AAA or AARP.
- An advance deposit of one-day's rate is required to reserve a room. For a weekly stay, we require a 2-night deposit. A two-day's deposit is required to reserve an efficiency. Balance due at check-in.
- A full refund, less a $35 handling fee, will be made for cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival.
- If room cancellation occurs within 14 days of reservation date, including "a no show," deposit is forfeited.
- There are no refunds made because of inclement weather.
