    Policies

     

    • Upon making a reservation, we require a one-night deposit..
    • All rates subject to change without notice.
    • During specific event dates the rates will range from $289-$349.
    • Rates do not include 9.7% Massachusetts lodging tax.
    • Rates based on double occupancy, $20 charge for each additional person.
    • 2-Day minimum for certain special events.
    • Check-in: 3 - 10 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
    • A notice to the Bertram Inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty.
    • Our Inn features 14 luxury, tastefully decorated rooms. Due to our limited number of guest rooms, your accommodation is guaranteed at the time of reservation by charging your credit card a deposit equivalent to the first night stay (including tax).
    • You may cancel your reservation with penalty resulting in a $20 booking fee which will be applied for reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
    • The fee for a late cancellation is the room cost for any nights that we are unable to resell.
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, cash and Traveler's checks.
    • Children are welcome.
    • We are a non-smoking establishment; designated areas have been created outside on our patio and porch.
