We hope our recent renovations have retained all of the elegance and charm you have come to expect of The Old Manse Inn on Cape Cod. We have given each spacious room its own character through a lovely collection of antique period pieces and select new furnishings. Our bed and breakfast inn provides you with many choices from chestnut sleigh beds, carved cherry canopy, or beautiful wrought iron beds, each carefully coordinated with rich linens, handmade drapes and distinct wall coverings. All of our twelve rooms offer full private baths, air conditioning and cable flat screen televisions. A hall telephone is located on our inn’s second floor as well as a butler’s basket of fine toiletries, and towels for the beach. Sumptuous breakfasts are included as a guest of the Inn. The Peach Room ~ $125/$140 This room features a full sized mahogany pineapple poster bed. All furnishings are period pieces from early Colonial times complimented by hooked carpets and crewl chair coverings. The extra large bath comes complete with an oversized traditional tub and shower.
The Medallion Room ~ $145/$175 Here an elegant floral carved armoire faces a magnificent Acanthus wrought iron bed. The room also offers the ultimate in privacy, having its own entry foyer that comes complete with an antique desk. Finally, the room offers beautifully upholstered chairs, a charming bath and shower, and cable television as well.

- Rates are based on double occupancy. Applicable taxes (11.7%) and gratuities are not included. $35 per night for each additional person.
- Holiday weekend rates are the same as summer rates
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
- Full payment for entire stay is due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Full refund of deposit less $35 processing fee per room will be issued upon notice at least 2 weeks prior to arrival
- For less than 2 weeks notice, a refund will be made only if we are able to re-book your accommodation
- The inn does not meet the needs of children less than 10 years. We love pets too, but not in our rooms. We will be happy to recommend a nearby boarding kennel.
- Check in time is from 2 pm until 7 pm. Please notify us if you need to check in at a later time and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.
