    Sunrise Suite

    This delightful room has a southeast exposure to catch the morning sun. A queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress overlooks a small working fireplace in a two room suite set with a twin sofa bed, chairs, desk, ceiling fans, large private tub-shower bath and two balconies overlooking North Park. Other amenities include 2 In-room telephones, Wireless Internet Access, Cable HDTV with VCR/VHS/DVD, CD, coffee maker, hair dryer and heat/air conditioning.

    		 Jenkins Room

    This cozy room is located on the Southwest side of the house and captures the afternoon sun. A Queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress and ceiling fan occupy this room named after the original owner, James W. Jenkins (c.1834). The tub/shower bathroom is private. This room has cable HDTV/VCR/VHS/DVD,CD, WiFi, telephone and heat/air conditioning.
    Butler Quarters

    Comfortable and cozy, this is our only room that has two "twin" beds with pillow-top mattresses. For an additional charge we can set this room up with a king size bed. It comes equipped with Cable HDTV with VCR/VHS/DVD, CD, WiFi, telephone, and heat/air conditioning. This room has a private shower bath.

    		 Garden View Room

    The Garden View Room has a Queen Size Bed with a pillow-top mattress and extra pillows. It is surrounded on three walls with eleven windows with lovely views. This room also has a telephone, Cable HDTV with VCR/VHS/DVD, CD, WiFi and heat and air conditioning. The Garden View room has a private shower bath.

    • All Guest Rooms are non-smoking rooms. We allow guests to smoke on our first floor outdoor porches.
    • We welcome children ages 12 and older.
    • Dogs are allowed with advance approval.
    • Any changes or cancellation up to 7 days {one week} prior to arrival is subject to a $25 booking fee.
    • Any changes or cancellation within 7 days {one week} of arrival is subject to forfeiture of one night's deposit.
