Choose one of our deluxe accommodations with sweeping views across the marsh and dunes to Cape Cod Bay, a premium room with a fireplace and deck, or our one-bedroom suite with private entrance, gas fireplace, and deck. No matter which room you choose all rates include hot beverages throughout the day, afternoon sweet treats, complimentary after-dinner drinks, and an unforgettable breakfast of your choice selected from our epicurean full breakfast menu.

• Rates range from $165-$325.
• Our room rates include a full, cooked-to-order gourmet country breakfast for two people, and are not subject to state or local taxes.
• Reservations may be made from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, seven days a week by calling us toll-free at (888) 362-4441, or you may fax your request to us at (508) 362-4401.
• Check-in 3:00-6:00PM. After-hours check-in availably by request.
• 50% deposit required; balance due on check-out. One night stays and all packages require full payment up front.
• We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks or American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
• Gift certificates serve as a reservation deposit and are subject to the Inn's cancellation policies.
• Deposits are refundable, less a $30 processing fee, for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made via telephone directly with the innkeepers, as e-mail and voice mail can be unreliable. For cancellations received with less than 14 days notice, deposits will be refunded, less the $30 processing fee, ONLY if the reserved room(s) can be rebooked for the entire reserved period. Early departures or late arrivals are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policies.
• We welcome children ages twelve and older.
• The High Pointe Inn is a non-smoking property. However, smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only.
• We regret that we cannot accept pets, although we can recommend a nearby kennel.
• Storage for bicycles, kayaks, canoes, etc. is available on the premises.
