- Check-In: After 3 p.m.
- Check-Out: By 11:00 a.m.
- Deposit: Full deposit for one night's lodging, 50% for two or more days
- Based on double occupancy. Each room can accommodate a rollaway bed. Additional person $30.00. Rates include a full New England breakfast. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled beverages including wine and beer, and snacks are available anytime. We do not charge sales tax.
- Payment: We accept Cash, Traveler's Checks, MC, Visa, Discover and American Express
- Cancellations: 10 day advance cancellation notice required, less a $15.00 handling fee. With less notice we will refund only if we are able to re-book the room, less the handling fee.
- Breakfast: We serve a full New England breakfast with specialty breads, seasonal fresh fruit, homemade granola, and your choice of eggs, waffles, pancakes, or French toast.
- Smoking: We are a smoke free bed and breakfast.
- Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
- Children: Children over 8 are welcome. Some exceptions can be made to accommodate guests with younger children. Please call for details.
