Rates & Policies:- Room Rates: $75 - $195 according to season, length of stay, and number of guests in the room.
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. For later arrivals please call ahead.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- Well-behaved children over 10 years of age are welcome.
- Smoking is permitted only on the outside verandas and gardens.
- No pets are allowed. There are also no pets in residence.
- A full deposit of three days of less must be received within 5 business days of making a reservation.
- A two-week cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund minus a $25 per room per night cancellation fee. Any cancellations within two weeks of a reservation will result in your having to reschedule your stay, or we would be happy to send you a gift certificate for a future stay. Cancellations for fall foliage, parents' weekends and graduations are non-refundable.
