Coffee and tea service with freshly baked muffins or coffee cake is in the parlor starting around 8 AM for guests to enjoy in the parlor or out on the front porch in warmer weather. We start with a fresh fruit course and then serve a hot entree with orange juice on the tables. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let the innkeeper know.
We typically serve our Lemon Ricotta Souffle with Peppered Bacon, Basque Eggs (A baked fritta with Artichokes, Eggplant, Onions and smoked Ham), or one of our special Quiches (Bacon and Carmelized Leeks, Spinach and Feta, Crab and Asparagus) prepared by our Culinary Institute of America trained "Chef Bill" or something else to dazzle you and our other guests. You can check with the innkeeper to see what special treat is being prepared for breakfast. Our breakfast is one of the key reasons we are ranked #3 for B&B Inns in St. Michaels on the TripAdvisor.com web site.
At four in the afternoon we offer afternoon refreshments with cookies, brownies or pastry in our parlor. During the cooler months we serve hot tea and in the warmer months we feature lemonade and flavored iced tea.
