Our seven rooms have private baths, air conditioning and offer you a choice of king, queen or single beds. Some rooms have fireplaces, others have whirlpool tubs, private balconies or harbor views. One room is completely handicapped accessible with its own private courtyard.

Reservations & Policies:

• Reservations of one night must be totally prepaid within seven days of booking. A 50% deposit for reservations of two or more nights must be paid within seven days of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
  
• Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are accepted.
  
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
  
• Reservations guaranteed to a credit card are subject to same terms and conditions as a cash deposit. We reserve the right to process the card number provided for the deposit amount as specified above.
  
• Refunds of deposits (less a $20 cancelation fee)will be made only within 10 days notice of cancellation. For holiday and special event weekends, 20 days or more notice is required. If cancellation is made within the 10 day (or 20 day window) the deposit will be forfeited unles we are able to rent your room for that night.
  
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of arrival or departure.
  
• Children 12 years of age and over are welcome.
  
• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
  
• We maintain a smoke free inn and smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited anywhere in the Inn. If a guest chooses to smoke they will be asked to leave and will be charged a $250 fee to compensate for lost income while we replace the bedding and windowtreatments in the room. Smoking is limited to the outside garden courtyard, private balconies and roofdeck.
