Room Rates
Rates are per night for two people. Each additional person/child is $25 per night. We are child friendly in the Iris Room or the Lily- Lupine Suite. Corporate and extended stay discounts are available. Reservations are confirmed after receipt of deposit, equal to one night's lodging per room, by check or credit card.
Rates are subject to Maine state lodging tax of 7%. We have a 10-day cancellation policy that includes a non-refundable $20.00 credit card processing fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.(later by arrangement)
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast
A buffet breakfast consisting of homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit in season, and an assortment of homemade breads or muffins is included in the room rate.
