The Marston Room 
A spacious, queen bedded room with private bath, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone and air conditioning. Located on the second floor across from the guest living room (so you'll be sure to get first dibs on afternoon cookies). This room accommodates up to 2 guests.
The Burnham Room 
Spend as much down time as you need in this calm, beautiful room with a queen bed; equipped with a large marble bath with jetted tub & shower, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone and air conditioning. The Burnham Room is located on the second floor. This room accommodates up to 2 guests.
The Morrill Suite 
Our two room suite has a queen bed and an additional sitting room with a twin daybed, and can accomodate 3 guests, with a private en suite bath with jetted tub and shower, cable TV, mini fridge, phone and air conditioning. The Morrill Suite is located on the second floor. 
The Bramhall Room 
Spread out in our junior suite, equipped with a queen bed and large comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging or reading a good book. The room has a full private bath, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone

 and air conditioning. The Bramhall Room is located on the third floor. This room accommodates up to 2 guests. 
The McGuire Room 
While your cares away in this bright, cheery room with a queen bed, private bath with ceramic tile stand-up shower, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone and air conditioning. The McGire Room is located on the third floor. This room accommodates up to 2 guests.
The Vaughan Room 
Relax in this comfortable room with a queen bed, private bath with ceramic tile stand-up shower, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone and air conditioning. The Vaughan Room is located on the third floor. This room accommodates up to 2 guests.
The Back Cove Room 
Tuck yourself away in this special room (my favorite) furnished with a queen bed, private bath with a jetted tub & shower, cable TV with DVD player, mini-fridg, phone and air conditioning. The Back Cove room is located on the third floor. This room accommodates up to 2 guests. 

Rates and Policies
Rates ~ November 1st to May 31st rates from $89.00 to $189.00, and June 1st to October 31st rates from $149.00 to $239.00
Call to inquire about our last moment 'Baked Bean Rate" offered on cancelled or yet unsold rooms within 24 hours of arrival.

A continental breakfast with fresh baked goods, coffee, teas and juices is provided daily.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the intimacy of the inn, cancellations/early departures affect us greatly. Thus, a cancellation/early departure date made within 14 days of arrival are subject to charge, regardless of plane/train/auto or any other reason neither the guest or innkeeper are responsible for. If we are able to resell the room being held for you ( this often occurs but at a "last minute" discounted rate ) you will be charged the difference in room rates. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 surcharge.
Children: We happily can accommodate children 16 years of age and older.
Smoking: Morrill Mansion Bed and Breakfast is a completely smoke-free facility.
Parking: We offer one parking spot per room in our own lighted parking lot.
Check-in: We offer check-in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged. We cannot accommodate early arrivals due to the intimacy of the inn. Should you arrive before our check-in time please feel free to park your vehicle in our lot anytime after 12:00 pm.
Luggage: Please remember as you pack for your visit that Morrill Mansion Bed and Breakfast is an 1850's historical building with 2 flights of stairs and no elevator, so smaller bags may be most suitable for your trip.
Amenities: All guest rooms have mini fridges, irons and ironing boards, full size blow dryers, AC, ceiling fans, cable TV with DVD players, CD players, phones, WiFi and modem connections, and private en suite baths.
Pets: We are unable to accept guests pets.
