This suite has a king bed. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa. The colors in the room remind one of sunrise (Acadia National Park sees the first rays of the sun in the US each day) and the surrounding ocean and bay. This brand new grand suite has it all. There are picturesque views of Tripp Lake and the herb and perennial gardens. Cuddle in front of the grand fireplace in the large sitting area. Unwind in a spacious luxury bath with spa. You'll never need to leave your room, except perhaps for the wonderful breakfast, or the wine and cheese tasting.
Rangeley Lake Room
This room has picturesque views of the herb and perennial gardens and a comfy queen bed. Pets are welcome in this room. Rangeley lake is located in the Western Mountains of Maine and is a mecca for snowmobiling in the winter and lazy summer days on the water in the summer.
Sebago Lake Room
This corner room overlooks the herb garden and has a spectacular view of Tripp Lake. A queen bed will offer a place on which to rest your head for a good nights sleep. Sebago Lake is one of the largest lakes in Maine and is the southern anchor to the Lakes Region of Maine. The room décor evokes images of your feet dangling in the lake from a quiet sandy beach chair.
Casco Bay Room
Through November, 2015 the two twin beds can be made up to a king bed with advance notice. After November 2015 the room with feature a queen bed. Casco Bay, anchored by Cape Elizabeth to the southwest and Bald Head Cove to the northeast, is home to many Maine working ports as well as scenic lighthouses, islands and peninsulas. When you enter your room you’ll feel yourself walking onto a sandy ocean beach with a morning fog hanging over the water. This room sports a southern lake exposure where the easy chairs invite you to relax and read that long-anticipated novel.
Winter Harbor Suite
From the king sized bed in the bedroom, enjoy the panoramic views of Tripp Lake. The sitting area also offers a wide view of the lake. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa and you can bring Fido into this pet friendly suite. This suite’s bathroom also has ADA features such as a wide door, grab bars, a roll-under vanity sink and an ADA accessible tub/spa. Winter Harbor is a working lobsterman/fisherman port in the quiet part of Acadia National Park, on the north side of Frenchman’s Bay.
Penobscot Bay Room
Transport yourself to relaxation in an easy chair and submerge yourself in the views of the towering pine grove and the glistening blues of Tripp Lake. Sporting a queen bed, Penobscot Bay has a private, detached bathroom about 8 paces down a quiet hall. As you ski or hike down the Camden Snow Bowl you are treated to magnificent views of the waters, islands and peninsulas of beautiful Penobscot Bay.
Moosehead Lake Room
This spacious room overlooks Tripp Lake, the pine grove and the gardens. The two twin beds can be made up to a king bed with advance notice. And Rover is welcome in this room too. Flanked by Mt Katahdin to the northeast, Moosehead Lake is one the northern lakes in the Maine Lakes Region. The room décor evokes the feeling of a cool deep lake with a touch of morning fog.
The Bigelows Room
This room offers views of the perennial gardens and lawns and you will sleep on a comfy queen bed. This room offers great value for your stay at the Wolf Cove Inn. The Bigelows form the northern ridges of the Carrabassett Valley. As you ski or hike down Sugarloaf Mountain, can you see an image of Chief Bigelow gently relaxing in the outline of the Bigelow Range?
Cadillac Mountain Suite
Let the quiet surround you in Cadillac Mountain with its spectacular view of Tripp Lake. Tantalize your senses as you unwind in the whirlpool bath with aromatherapy oils. Let the world pass you by as you relax in front of the fire in your sitting area or in your king bed. Cadillac Mountain is the peak of Mount Desert Island in Acadia National Park. Drive to the top prior to sunrise and you can experience the first rays of sunshine that hit the United States each day (depending on time of year).
Mount Katahdin Suite
Romance is in the air in Mount Katahdin, an elegantly intimate getaway. Rediscover the love of your life as you tantalize your senses with aromatherapy oils in the whirlpool for two or the double sized shower. Get cozy wearing the luxurious house robes as you curl up next to the gas fireplace and gaze upon the pine grove and Tripp Lake beyond. You will enjoy a king bed in this room. Mount Katahdin, in Baxter State Park, towers majestically as the highest peak in Maine.
Sugarloaf Mountain Suite
Grand elegance awaits you in Sugarloaf Mountain, our bridal and honeymoon suite. Rejuvenate as you take in the panoramic view of Tripp Lake and the gardens from your love seat in the sitting area, the wingback chairs next to the gas fireplace, or from the deluxe two-person whirlpool. Relax in the plush house bathrobes after your visit to the spacious bathroom that has a shower for two. This room provides for all your needs - you will find that you may never want to leave. Sugarloaf Mountain is home of the best and largest ski area east of the Rockies. Nestled in Carrabassett Valley, it lives up to the region’s slogan “from here on your life will never be the same.”
Oh, That Fine Print Stuff
All Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person in room is $30 per person per night on a rollaway bed or sleeper sofa (Acadia and Winter Harbor). All lodging rates are subject to 8% Maine Lodging tax.
A gourmet three-course breakfast is included with each night's stay.
Check-In is between 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
Check-Out is 11:00 am.
We have two night minimum stays on high season weekends.
Reservations are guaranteed and acknowledged upon receipt of payment equal to one night's stay or half the total reservation, whichever is greater. Deposit if paying by check must be received within seven days. All room reservations require a deposit by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Personal Check. Payment of the balance for entire stay will be due upon check-in.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your reservation date. A refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 service charge will be made if your cancellation notice is received by us at least 30 days in advance. If your cancellation is made between 2 and 30 days before your arrival date, then a deposit refund, less $25 service charge, will be made to the extent the accommodations can be rented again over the entire reserved period. You are responsible for the entire balance for any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival if we are unable to rent the room. Partial refunds will be made for any portion of the period that can be rented. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
For the health and safety of all guests, the Wolf Cove Inn is smoke free both inside and on the grounds of the Inn. Guests who choose to disregard our policy will be subject to $500 cleaning fees and the Inn will be compensated for lost future revenue by smokers whose smoking renders a room unacceptable for incoming guests.
