Carriage House
The Carriage House accommodations are separate from the Inn and is nestled on the easterly side of the property offering a private deck along the woods. Rooms enjoy views from the north to the bay and sounds from the south of the bell's and fog horns of Sequin and the crashing surf. Their is a queen size bed in the bedroom with a Futon that opens to a full bed in the adjoining room's sitting area. Kitchenette with refrigerator and gas stove, sink, micowave, etc. and Private full bath with tub/shower off of the bedroom.
Lake View Suite
The Lake View Suite enjoys a southerly exposure overlooking Silver Lake and the Atlantic Ocean, high posted queen size bed w/wo canapy. Large ensuite bath with shower. Sitting Area. Refrigerator and Microwave in closet. Cable TV in room and wifi.

Beech Tree Suite
The Beech Tree Suite is our largest room with a high posted king size bed and also has an extra long twin in the alcove/dormer. The room faces south and westerly with water views on the south side. It is partially shaded by a magnificent 115 year old Copper Beech Tree. The room has a sitting area and fireplace, Cable TV and is wifi ready. There is a large bathroom with double vanity and seated shower ensuite. Refrigerator and microwave.

Bay View Suite
The Bay View Room is our only room on the north side of the Manor which has water views out to Atkins Bay and up the Kennebec River. It enjoys first light from the east and then enjoys late afternoon sun from the west. This room offers a king size bed, sitting area with fireplace and a ensuite closet style bathroom with shower.

Garden Room
The Garden Room has a gueen size bed, has southerly and easterly views over lawns and gardens to the water. Private full tiled bath with tub/shower outside of room. Cable TV, wifi and refrigerator.

Policies
- All rooms have private bathrooms.
- Stonehouse Manor is a non-smoking estate.
- Well-behaved children are always welcome.
- Two night minimum stay on weekends and holidays are required. Some Holidays require a three night minimum stay. (Single night stays on weekends and holidays will only be considered when availability warrants and with an additional $35 fee. Room selection for single night stays is at the discretion of Innkeeper. No particular room can be guaranteed. Preference is given to guest of longer stays.)
- Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy and include a bountiful breakfast.
- A 7% Maine lodging tax will be added to all stays.
- Each additional person per room is $50 per night. Children under 2 are $35 per night.
- Pets are $35 per night and are welcome in Carriage House with prior approval and security deposit of $100.
- Deposits: For stays less than three nights a 100% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Three or more nights require 50% of entire stay. Please include a written confirmation of the reservation dates with the deposit. Payment by USA cash or checks, travelers checks. Make Checks payable to Stonehouse Manor.
- Cancellation Policy: A $50 service charge/fee will be deducted on all canceled reservations. Cancellations less than 21 days from the time of expected arrival will only be refunded upon resale of the entire reservation. There are no refunds for early departures. It is a very short season! Thank you for your understanding.
