This cozy, romantic room has a queen size verde-gris iron canopy bed and private bathroom with shower. There is a small sitting area with two chairs and table, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The French door leads to a balcony and side entrance.

Our Family Suite. This suite has a queen bedroom with a verde-gris iron bed, flat screen TV with DVD player. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. Relax in the sitting room with cozy gas logged fireplace, and a trundle bed which turns into 2 single beds; perfect for small children.
Guestroom 4
A charmingly romantic room with queen iron wicker bed , large bathroom with tub/shower, sitting area with gas logged fireplace & flat screen TV with DVD player, and a French door leading to the balcony and side entrance.
Guestroom 5
Nestled under the eaves on the third floor with cathedral beamed ceilings, this large well appointed guest room has a wicker iron bed, a single bed for an additional guest, and T.V. VCR . It has a bright and spacious bathroom with tub/shower and a skylight.

Escape to the third floor for a private romantic retreat. This spacious guestroom has cathedral beamed ceilings, a wooden painted sleigh bed, sitting area with a sofa which opens to a full size bed, and a T.V. VCR. The bright and cheerful bathroom has a tub/shower and sky light.

- Checkout time: 11 am.
- To confirm a reservation, payment for the first and last night of your stay is required as a deposit. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
- A fourteen (14) day advance written notice of cancellation made in the form of a FAX, Email, or standard U.S. Mail, is required for a refund. There is a $25.00 per room, per night bookkeeping fee for all cancellations. Due to our size and location cancellations made under 14 days are non-refundable. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- All of our guestrooms are priced as double occupancy. Additional guest fees are: adults: $40.00 - children 12 and under $25.00. All rates include a full gourmet breakfast each morning of your stay at The Youngtown Inn.
- No Smoking ~ No Pets
- Note: A $500 fee will be charged if smoking , or excessive damage occurs in your room.
