    Sawyer Suite A private hide-away on the 3rd floor takes you back in time! Stunning bay views, sitting room with gas fireplace, pillow-top queen-sized mattress and a spacious bathroom with antique soaking tub and separate shower make this a perfect get-away! Double occupancy. An adjacent loft will accomodate 2 additional guests at an additional $35 per person per night. Suitable for older children and young adults. $249 $189
    Cottage Room The Cottage Room offers the privacy of a cottage with a separate entrance along with the amenities of a B&B! Charming cottage-style décor, gas fireplace and spacious bathroom with tub and shower combination. $169 $139
    Summer Apartment A child-friendly, two-room apartment with galley kitchen on the second floor, adjacent to the main inn building. Suite will accommodate 3 guests with one queen sized bed in bedroom and daybed in living area. Available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. Ideal if you wish to prepare some of your own meals.     Policies
    • Rates include a full breakfast served in our Sunroom overlooking the ocean.
    • Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum is required on week-ends during the high season – mid June through October 31. Please phone the inn to check on availability for a single night.
    • Deposit: Full payment in advance for a one-night stay. For two or more nights, we require a 50% deposit.
    • Cancellation: Due to our short season and small size, cancellations affect us greatly. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 10 days notice prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for all charges for days reserved. If you cancel more than 10 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.
    • We welcome children 12 years and over.
    • Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets.
