Each room or suite offers complimentary WiFi, fine linens, private baths, specialty soaps and amenities, flat panel TV/DVD or TV/VCR, hair dryers, wine openers, wine glasses and daily housekeeping service with incredible attention to detail. All are air conditioned in the summer. We serve a gourmet breakfast beginning with a fresh fruit starter followed by a hot entree, ranging from Maine blueberry pancakes or strawberry-goat cheese bruschetta to herbed mashed potatoes with oven-coddled eggs or crustless spinach quiche. Juices, gourmet coffees and teas always accompany the meal. Breakfast is served in the dining room, or, weather permitting, on the wraparound porch. Guests staying in most cottage suites have the option of having breakfast delivered to their private breakfast room! • I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to Kennebunk exit, left on Route 35 south.
• Travel 6 miles to traffic light at intersection of Routes 35 and 9.
• Turn left onto Route 9 and proceed over small bridge into Kennebunkport.
• Continue on Route 9 to the T-intersection and turn right at the stop sign onto Maine Street.
• The Maine Stay is 2/10 mile down the street on the left.
• 1 1/2 drive north from Logan Airport, Boston and 45 minutes south from Portland Jetport.

The Maine Stay Inn & Cottages offers several unique Cottage Suites that can comfortably accommodate families traveling with children. Parents will be delighted with our breakfast baskets, always delivered to families traveling with children under 12 years of age. Families traveling with children 12 and older are welcome in any room/suite and can enjoy breakfast in the dining room or on the front wraparound porch.
