    Spectacular View

    Wolf Neck Bed & Breakfast offers a comfortable, spacious bedroom suite with coastal water views, queen-size bed, window seat with views down the harbor, private full bath and private balcony overlooking the water 100 feet away. The suite includes a cozy, comfortable sitting area with recliners, Cable TV, stereo, wireless internet connection and coffee or tea setup. The guest suite is located on the second floor.

    A hearty full course breakfast is served at the guests' convenience in either the screened porch or the fireside dining area at your private table; both areas offer expansive water views.

     

     

    Rates and Policies

    • $150 - 175 per night double occupancy, includes hearty, hot breakfast
    • Rates vary as follows:
      • May - June 17th and October: $150/night
      • June 18th thru September: $175/night
    • (7% state lodging tax additional)
    • Discount offered for multiple night stays
    • Payment accepted in cash or personal check; no credit cards
    • A 1-night reservation requires full payment in advance; multiple night stays require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation
    • For cancellations with at least a 7 day notice, deposit will be refunded less $20 per night service charge.
    • No smoking in the house; smoking is allowed in a designated outside area.
    • Chester, the cat, is in residence
    • We are not an appropriate Inn for children under 12 or guest's pets
    • We have only 1 guest bedroom suite with a queen size bed accommodating 2 adults.
    • Check In Time: After 3 PM
    • Prior to your actual day of arrival, an estimated arrival time is greatly appreciated.
    • Please call on check-in day if arrival time has changed.
    • Check Out Time: 11 AM
