- Payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Cash and personal check are also accepted.

- Cancellations: A minimum of four day's notice is required for cancellation without incurring a charge. Less than the required notice incurs a fee of one night’s full rate if we are otherwise unable to rent the room.
- Restrictions: NO Smoking; No Pets; Children over eight years of age welcome.
