West Quoddy Room
The West Quoddy Room is a tranquil and relaxing second floor room. The queen four-poster bed is covered with elegant Croscil linens. There is also a 32 inch flat screen satellite TV. The sitting area is furnished with antique and period reproduction furniture that is placed in front of the window that faces out to the side yard. The custom mantel and fireplace provides for ample storage, and the large private bath has a full size tub/shower combination.
Cape Elizabeth Room
The Cape Elizabeth Room is a first floor room featuring a king bed, which can be made up as two twiin beds upon request in advance. It boasts a beautiful antique dresser, and two windows that provide a view of the side yard and flower garden, along with a flat screen satellite TV. The sitting area has comfortable reproduction chairs and table. The large private bathroom has a shower with seat.
Pemaquid Point Room
Our most popular room is our Pemaquid Point Room is a second floor room featuring a beautiful big bay window creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. The cozy sitting area is complete with period reproduction chairs and a 32 inch satellite TV. The antique dresser and queen bed compliment the original carved woodwork. The large private bathroom has a polished maple floor and full size tub/shower combination.
Marshall Point Room
The Marshall Point Room is on the second floor and brings to mind a summer garden. The queen bed has a lovely brass/silver headboard, and the custom fireplace and mantel compliments the carved woodwork which is original to the house. The comfortable antique reproduction chairs in the sitting area are perfect in front of the bay window. There is an antique spinet desk to provide workspace. The large private bathroom features a full size tub/shower combination.
Portland Head Suite
Our Portland Head Suite is a third floor suite featuring a large room with a king bed and a smaller sitting room with a 40-inch HDTV with satellite and streaming video. The king room has a beautiful antique armoire and a cozy sitting area featuring comfortable antique reproduction chairs. The sitting room has a small sofa (which can be made into a single - twin - bed for a third person, extra person charges apply), and side chair, a refrigerator, and coffee maker.. Each of the rooms has its own door into the hall. A large private bathroom with a full size tub/shower combination connects the two rooms.
Double occupancy - third person can use fold-out sofa bed for additional $30 (plus tax).
Bass Harbor Suite
The Bass Harbor Suite is a third floor suite featuring a large room with a king bed and 32 inch flat screen satellite TV, and a smaller room with two twin beds. A wonderful getaway for two people, the suite may also be configured with a king bed in the smaller room (with advance notice), giving a king in both rooms for additional people. Each room has its own entrance into the hall. The king room features a lovely antique dresser and a sitting area that is complete chairs, side table and flat screen TV. The smaller room has a small chest for personal belongings and a sitting area with white wicker chairs, floor lamp, and table. The private bathroom with a full size tub/shower combination connects the rooms. This two-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four guests.
Rates stated are for 2 people. Third or Fourth person is additional $30 per person plus tax.
Cape Neddick Room
Soft blue walls and plush yellow floral Croscill linens create a cheerful atmosphere in this large but cozy room! A queen bed and a beautiful gas fireplace with custom armoire grace the room, which is located on our second floor. The view from the two large windows is the side yard and a seasonal flower garden. The sitting area is complete with comfortable chairs, lamp and table. The bathroom is large and private, in a complimentary soft yellow, and features a full-sized tub/shower combination. The Cape Neddick Room is named for the Cape Neddick Light Station (the Nubble) in York, Maine.

Policies
- Rates include a delicious full breakfast each morning and are for single or double occupancy. There is a $30 charge for an additional person in a room.
- Check In is normally between 3:00 and 9:00 P.M. Check Out is prior to 11:00 A.M. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements to check in or out at other times.
- A credit card is required to reserve a room. Full payment is due upon arrival. Seven days advance notice is required for cancellation. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, and the room cannot be re-rented, a charge of one night's lodging will be incurred.
- Rates do not include 7% Maine sales tax.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
