    Rebecca's Master Suite

     

    All rooms feature private-label amenities, hair dryers, clock radios, wireless internet, and ceiling fans. Suites are equipped with irons and ironing boards and large closets. Note: Rates are based on double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice. 7% sales tax is additional.

    Stargazer Suite

    The Stargazer Suite spans the whole third floor -- roomy and bright with skylights and great summer breezes. This room also has a pillowtop twin bed and a rollaway bed available. King size bed, spacious sitting area, game table and chairs and satallite TV complete the amenities. $175/night, Additional guest - $25

    Seabreeze bluetones with a brushed-silver frame king-size bed, firm pillowtop mattress, all new bathroom, local artists' works and a working fireplace for chilly mornings. $150/night

    Lieutenant's Quarters

    Relaxing greentones with a cherry, four poster pillowtop queen size bed, and extra-large private bathroom with a double bowl vanity. $135/night

    Policies

    Reservations: A 50% deposit of your entire stay is due to secure your reservation or the full amount for a one night stay. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends. Balance is due upon check-in. We regret that room charges are non-refundable. A 7% sales tax will be added to all room rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Traveler's Checks and Money Orders as methods of payment. We do not accept personal or business checks except as advance deposits.

    Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable without a 14-day notice of cancellation. A $25 service charge will be deducted from all returned deposits. In the event that we are able to re-rent your room, your deposit will be refunded less the service charge. There are no refunds on room charges if you leave prior to departure date. You are responsible for the entire period reserved. 
    Visitors of guests are welcome in the common areas only to ensure the privacy of other guests.

    Children and Pets: We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets.

    Safety: Your safety and security are of the utmost concern.  Our home is protected by the most up to date fire prevention systems.  We do have a "NO SMOKING" policy in our home, but invite you to enjoy the garden area seating.

    Special Note: Please help us maintain a clean and attractive setting for all guests by removing your shoes when in the house. Our cozy atmosphere is conducive to slippers and/or socks. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

    Late arrivals will be accommodated by pre-arrangement.

    Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10pm-8am. 
    Coffee, tea, and juice are available at 7:30am
    Full Breakfast is served at 8:00am
