• Due to the historic and romantic nature of the Inn, children 10 and older are permitted in the Inn. Our Cottages are an ideal location for families.

• Pets are allowed in the Ginny's and Rugosa Rose cottages, with permission of the Innkeeper. Pet fee $50.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Inn or cottages.
• A deposit of the greater of one night's stay or 50% of total required to guarantee reservation.
  Deposits can be made via check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A credit card number
  is required of all reservations.
• If you must cancel, your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior. For cancellations made
  less than 14 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook
  room. If unable to rebook, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your stay.
• All cancellations subject to $25 administrative fee per room. We recommend trip insurance.
