Rate Range - $110 - $135 per night
• 10% discount for a stay of two or more consecutive nights •
• 15% discount for a stay of four or more consecutive nights •Discounts apply over Memorial Day weekend but not other Holiday weekends. Discounts are offered only if you make reservations directly with us. If reservations are made by your travel agent, the discount is given to them as a commission. Discounts are not offered if your reservations are made through major travel sites.

Check in 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Early check-ins are sometimes possible with advance notice. Please inquire. Check out 11:00 a.m.
A specific room cannot be guaranteed on reservations of less than 2 nights.
All rooms have complimentary WiFi access for your pc.
Start your day off right, with a healthy and delicious homemade breakfast including juices and hot beverages, fresh fruit salad {local fruit when available} with yogurt, hot egg dish of the day made with local fresh farm eggs, homemade breads, scones or coffeecake, blueberry muffins or blueberry cake {all made with unbleached flours}. Complimentary hot beverages available throughout the afternoon and early evening.
Gluten, dairy, wheat-free, and dietetic breakfasts available. Please inform us of your needs when making reservations.
Rooms and decks are completely non-smoking. Smoking in or near the buildings is not allowed.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Full deposit required for each room reserved. We offer a 2% discount for deposits made by check or cash. Deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will receive a full refund if we are able to re-rent the room(s). If we are not able to re-rent the room(s), you will be given a credit towards a future stay, depending on availability. All cancellations will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. Deposit & Cancellation Policy is the same for gift certificate, cash, check, or credit card confirmations.
Pet and Smoking Policy:
We do not accept pets. Smoking in the rooms, on the decks or near the buildings is not allowed. There will be a $200 charge to your credit card if the no smoking or no pet policy is not honored.
