The Belfast Bay Guest Room
This spacious corner room with a four-poster king-sized bed is on the second floor in the front of the manor. Custom designed pillows cascade over its Bates of Maine bed cover. The over-sized en-suite bath has a combination tub/shower as well as a small fireplace with electric logs. Crystal chandeliers in both the bedroom and bath add an elegant touch. Throughout the year, there are magnificent views of the gardens and Belfast Bay. This beautiful room is perfect to celebrate those special occasions.

The JP White Guest Room
This large corner room on the second floor on the front of the house features a queen-size four-poster bed. This European décor room is named for the original owner. Wall sconces and a crystal chandelier enhance the old world ambiance. The en-suite bath has an enclosed shower. The large windows command a magnificent vista of the estate grounds.

The Londonderry Suite
This two-room suite on the second floor with queen-size bed is beautifully decorated with warm shades of yellow. The high ceiling is graced with a silver and crystal chandelier, and allows the seven-foot draped headboard to add to the very English ambiance of this room. This suite is perfect for extended stays.  When traveling with a third person, the guest steps down to the large sitting area with a twin bed.  A large private bath across the hall with a combination shower/tub completes this suite.

The Calvin Ryder Guest Room
Named after the architect of the house, this guest room with twin beds is located on the second floor. The soft colors of sage and cream as well as the Matelasse bed linens compliment the antique furnishings. The bath en-suite features an enclosed shower.

The Copper Beech Suite
This beautiful two-room suite with a custom designed, large Bombay mahogany canopy above the queen-size bed is located on the second floor. The separate sitting area can easily accommodate a third person with its twin bed. The en-suite bath has a combination shower/tub and beautiful view of the gardens and water pond. The oldest copper beech tree in Maine, after which this suite is named, stands in the front lawn.

The Coastal Escape Guest Room
This room is located In the Carriage House on the ground floor for ultimate privacy; the entrance is through the gardens. This spacious guest room with queen bed is bathed in sienna and sea green colors capturing the airy and light aura of the coast. The en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

Policies

• Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Please advise us of your arrival time.
• We do not require a deposit to secure reservations; we do require a credit card number with name, billing address, and expiration date. The amount due will be charged at check-in.
• Notice of cancellation given to our e-mail address (whitehouse@manebb.com) fourteen (14) days or more before your scheduled arrival date results in only a $25 processing fee per room.
• If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, the full cost of one night of the reservation shall be charged if we are unable to rebook the accommodations.  In the event we are able to rebook, only the $25 processing fee will be charged.
• Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, no–shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as cash and traveler’s checks.
• Smoking is only permitted outside in a designated area.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
