One of our "Mini-Suites," this second floor room features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and an adjoining "sitting room" that gives guests extra room to "stretch out." The sitting room includes a comfortable twin daybed that guests can use to relax and enjoy a good book after a busy day of activities in Acadia National Park and can also accommodate a third guest in the room.

Policies
- Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required during the Summer and Fall seasons. Special arrangements can also be made for corporate guests.
- Advance Deposit: An Advanced Deposit equal to 50% of the room charge (plus a 7% Maine Lodging tax) for the length of stay is required to confirm a reservation.
- Balance Due: The Balance Due on confirmed reservations is to be paid at Check-in. Acceptable methods of payment at Check-in are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and traveler's checks.

Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: The Advance Deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Due to our short season and limited number of rooms, cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit a pro-rata portion of the Advance Deposit for any nights that we are unable to re-rent your room.
- Reserved Parking: One reserved parking space is assigned to each room in the Primrose Inn's private off-street parking lot.
- Children: Please note that all of our rooms (except Room 5) have one queen-size or king-size bed and can only accommodate a total of two guests per room (adults or children). Also, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent in a room. Room 5 can accommodate an additional guest with the daybed in the adjoining "sitting room."
- Smoke-Free Policy: The inn, porches and balconies are completely smoke-free.
- Pets: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in the inn.
