    Guests of the Primrose Inn will enjoy a hearty full breakfast each morning with a choice of hot entrees served fireside in our dining room or on our outdoor wrap-around front porch. Our popular "Afternoon Tea" features an assortment of freshly baked treats from the Primrose Inn's kitchen.

    Rates & Policies
    • Room Rates:
      • Prices range in price from $99 - $249 per night, depending on the room and the season.
      • Room rates are single or double occupancy and exclude a Maine Lodging Tax of 7%. There are no additional service fees or charges.
    • Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required during the Summer and Fall seasons. Special arrangements can also be made for corporate guests.
    • Advance Deposit: An Advanced Deposit equal to 50% of the room charge (plus a 7% Maine Lodging tax) for the length of stay is required to confirm a reservation.
    • Balance Due: The Balance Due on confirmed reservations is to be paid at Check-in. Acceptable methods of payment at Check-in are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and traveler's checks.
    • Cancellation Policies:
      • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: The Advance Deposit will be refunded in full.
      • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Due to our short season and limited number of rooms, cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit a pro-rata portion of the Advance Deposit for any nights that we are unable to re-rent your room.
    • Reserved Parking: One reserved parking space is assigned to each room in the Primrose Inn's private off-street parking lot.
    • Children: Please note that all of our rooms (except Room 5) have one queen-size or king-size bed and can only accommodate a total of two guests per room (adults or children). Also, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent in a room. Room 5 can accommodate an additional guest with the daybed in the adjoining "sitting room."
    • Smoke-Free Policy: The inn, porches and balconies are completely smoke-free.
    • Pets: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in the inn.
