    In the heart of Bar Harbor, the Bass Cottage Inn is situated in a peaceful enclave known as The Field.     Room 1 -  A soothing, vintage-inspired retreat on our ground level. Features a lovely queen bed with fluffy pillows and duvet, fireplace, and full bath with shower/tub.(Room 1 can accommodate a third person at an extra charge.) (Ground Floor)  HIGH SEASON:  $270, OFF SEASON:  $240.

    Room 2 - This sunny, large and elegant room features a king cast iron bed with silk English-style canopy and bath with tiled shower. Fresh, bright, elegant ­your special place to rest and relax.
    HIGH SEASON:  $320, OFF SEASON: $260.

    Room 3 -  The understated vine and ivy motif of the Cottage Suite highlights the four-post king bed, overstuffed furnishings and sitting area with fireplace. Savor the ocean breeze from the large sunny windows. Luxuriate in your bath suite complete with romantic whirlpool tub and tiled shower. (Second Floor)  (Room 3 can accommodate a third person at an extra charge.)  HIGH SEASON: $380, OFF SEASON: $330

    Room 4 -  The bold, vibrant décor of the Captain's Suite complements a king cherry bed, fireplace, Eastlake antiques and plush furnishings. The bath includes a whirlpool tub and shower. Harbor views. (Second Floor)  HIGH SEASON: $360, OFF SEASON: $310.

    Room 5 -  A restful queen room outfitted in classic tones of taupe, slate blue and ivory. Relax in the cozy sleigh bed or enjoy a book in the reading nook. The bath features tile shower and harbor views. (Second Floor).  HIGH SEASON:  $230, OFF SEASON: $210

    Room 6 - A favorite of many, this queen room is pure Down East romance. The hand-painted artisan décor and sky blue tones promise relaxation, which is also on tap in the bath suite featuring a Victorian soaking tub and tiled shower. Harbor views.     Room 7 - Our most intimate and unique guest room features a vaulted ceiling over your cottage queen bed perched in the gable. The spacious bath features a tiled shower and sunny windows. (Third Floor)  HIGH SEASON:  $230, OFF SEASON: $210.

    Room 8 -  This garden-inspired queen room offers a romantic verdigris iron bed and easy comfort. The full bath offers a tub with shower and a period marble sink. (Third Floor)  HIGH SEASON:  $250, OFF SEASON: $230.

    Room 9 - A tree-top corner king suite with partial views on two sides. Crisply decorated in contrasting tones of dove, ecru and ebony, it offers a Jotul stove, and, bath with whirlpool and shower.(Third Floor)  HIGH SEASON: $360, OFF SEASON: $310.

    Room 10 - 

    Comprising the entire top floor of the house, this room is a favorite of honeymooners or anyone seeking romantic privacy. It's your own secluded, large penthouse retreat featuring a king bed with fluffy, fresh duvet and pillows, sitting area, skylights and window seats.
