Room 105 - Ocean View Suite

Balance Rock's rooms and suites are tastefully outfitted in harmonious colors, handsome wall coverings, handcrafted furnishings, and all the creature comforts. All guest beds have Select Comfort Sleep number pillow topped mattresses with a hypoallergenic feather and down tic to sink into. As you slide between the luxurious 500 count linens, under your hypoallergenic down and feather comforter inside designer duvet covers, you will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. You can adjust the firmness of the mattress on either side for your personal preferences.

All rooms and suites have private bath, cable television with DVD player, telephone and WiFI access. There is a full complimentary DVD library at the front desk with a list of movies offered in your guest services book. Select a room or suite with a private deck, balcony, whirlpool tub, dry sauna, or Euro showerhead for added pampering. We'll be delighted to give you more details by phone and help you make the ideal room selection for your needs. All rooms and suites have individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

Room 204 - Ocean View Room

. * Any additional room guest(s) require a $50 per night charge. Please note only select rooms are able to accommodate guests of three or more.

* Pet Policy: Well behaved pets are welcome at Balance Rock Inn. A charge of $40 per day per pet is added to the normal room rate. Owners are responsible at all times for their pet's behavior. Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in certain areas of the Inn. As well, the Inn is only able to accommodate pets in specific rooms.

* We are a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the private and semi-private decks and at the Veranda Bar deck.

* Deposit Policy: For stays of two nights or less a total deposit is required. For a stay three nights or more a 50% deposit is required.

* Cancellation Policy: Due to the short season and the limited number of rooms, Balance Rock Inn requires a minimum 14-day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date. If you cancel prior to this time there is a $50 bookkeeping fee; if you cancel after this time, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Room 107 - Standard Non-Ocean View Room

Rates are quoted per day per room based on double occupancy. Additional guest in room, $50 per night, and only certain rooms and suites will accommodate more than 2 people. One room has two queen beds and the rest have either one king or one queen, and port-a-beds with air mattresses are available. Advanced reservations are suggested.

  • For three nights, a two-night deposit is taken and for four or more nights a 50 percent deposit is required.
