• All our guesthouses are extremely well equipped. They all have TV, VCR/DVD, private phone lines, full kitchens and queen or king-size beds.
• Check-in time is 3PM or thereafter.
• Check-out time is 11AM.
• Breakfast is delivered between 8-8.30 AM each morning.
• Well behaved children are always welcome.
• Smoking is limited to outside only.
• No pets allowed. However, boarding can be arranged nearby.
• A credit card or one nights room with tax will be required to hold all reservations
• Cancellation Policy - Should you need to cancel and notify us at least ten days in advance of your date of arrival, we will be happy to refund your account less a $25 handling fee. No refund if cancellation is made within the ten day cancellation policy, and a charge for at least one nights room with tax will be imposed. No-shows shall be charged for the entire amount originally reserved.
