The Plantation Room
Our grandest room is filled with natural sunlight and offers views of the pond and gardens. This is the perfect room for those who want to spread out in the adjourning parlor or convert the second room into a second bedroom. Light pours in the casement windows of the cozy adjourning room. This room is furnished with an antique trunk, armoire and trundle bed that can be used to accommodate additional guests. The bathroom, located at the rear of the suite, has tub/shower combination and a beautiful mahogany vanity that has been converted from an antique sideboard. $180 - $275

The Horizon Room
For the ultimate in comfort and privacy, this room is located in the back of the cottage overlooking the gardens and gold fishpond. The cypress-shuttered windows look out to banana trees, sweet olive, palms and other lush tropical vegetation. The gentle bubbling sounds of the ponds waterfall will lull you to sleep at night. The room is a warm blue and is decorated with a four-posted, pineapple queen bed, dresser and handsome bedside secretary. The large bathroom has the original blue and white tiled floor, pedestal sink and oversized tub with shower. $165 - $250

The Bouligny Room
The Bouligny Room is named after the plantation that stood on the land where the cottage was built. This is a large room in the center of the house. Neo-classic drapes frame the queen size mahogany sleigh bed providing you with a sense of tranquility. The antique mahogany armoire with beveled mirror and dresser allows you to unpack and unwind in this special room. The romantic bathroom is decorated in soothing colors and soft fabrics continue the theme of the bedroom with the original porcelain pedestal sink and claw foot tub outfitted with shower attachment. $155 - $250

Policies
- Arrival Time: There is no set check in time. If you arrive before your room is prepared, you can store your luggage, grab a key and head out to explore the city.
- Parking: The luxury New Orleans lodging of our B&B is located on a corner and offers ample on- street free parking space.
- Departure Time: Check out time is 11am. If your departing flight is later in the day, we are happy to provide a safe location to store your belongings until you are ready to leave.
- Minimum Night Stays: We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year. It is best to call us if you are looking for a single night’s stay.
- Children: Children over the age of 8 are welcomed at our New Orleans lodging. Infants and younger children are also welcomed when the family occupies all rooms.
- Pet Policy: We do accept small dogs. Owners are responsible for any damage to our New Orleans lodging facility. We would prefer that the dog does not get on the bed or furniture, but we do provide a sheet if you do allow it. No barking. We prefer that your pet accompany you while you are away. If you must leave them in the room for a short time we ask that they be crated.
- Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking New Orleans lodging facility. If you wish to smoke on the front porch or in the garden, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
- Open Flames: Candles are decorative only. This is a 100 year old wooden structure please do not light any candles or incense.
- Payment Method: We accept cash, traveler’s checks, Visa and Mastercard.
- Cancellation Policy: Standard Night Stay: One night’s deposit is required to confirm a reservation for New Orleans lodging. Balance is due on arrival. If your change in plans is made fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel after that time, your deposit will not be refunded if the room is not re-booked. No refunds for early departures.
- Special Events: (Includes New Years, Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, May Graduation, July 4th / Essence Fest, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.) One night’s deposit required to secure the reservation. Full payment due 60 days prior to event. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival will result in full payment if the room is not re-booked.
