The historic Victorian mansion is less than fifteen minutes away from the French Quarter, Jackson Square, Audubon Park (zoo), New Orleans Museum of Art, New Orleans Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and the Tulane and Loyola Universities.

Each guestroom is named after a historic Louisiana plantation and includes a private bath, individual air conditioning and heating controls, cable television, and wireless Internet access.
