    The Caldwell has six guest rooms available to house a family reunion, off-site business meeting or special weekend retreat. Reserve a room or the entire house for your special visit to Abbeville and South Louisiana. Furnished with queen and king-sized beds, Caldwell rooms afford spacious sitting areas as well as sleeping comfort. All have private baths. Some rooms have special amenities such as gas fireplaces or Jacuzzi spa, and all are equipped with television, wireless internet and the unmistakable Caldwell ambiance!

    As guests walk out onto the side porch of The Caldwell House, they enter into an impressive west garden covered pavilion. The pavilion features a large dome over a brick circle, perfect for the bride and groom dance at a wedding reception, and beyond the circle, an area for sitting and enjoying quiet conversation. The main area of the garden pavilion, surrounded on all sides by beautiful landscaping, offers a large space for sitting, dancing and mingling. The roof of the pavilion is high enough to allow viewing of the surrounding trees, flowers and stained glass windows of the church next door. Clear curtains can be drawn around the entire pavilion area for those times of inclement weather, but still allow the beauty of the outside landscaping to be admired from within.
