    Montgomery Inn - Versailles, Kentucky Welcome to the Montgomery Inn, a spectacularly restored 1911 Victorian Bed & Breakfast, family operated in the heart of the Kentucky Bluegrass Region. As our guest, enjoy the historic charm and beauty of Versailles, "Horse Capital of the World", and luxuriate in your private spa suite, a haven of comfort. We offer first class Bed & Breakfast accommodations and the Finest in Southern Hospitality.

    Montgomery Inn offers 10 guest suites, each with a private bath and a romantic, 2-person Jacuzzi spa tub and shower. Luscious cotton sateen sheets, thick oversized Egyptian cotton towels and thirsty terry bath robes wrap you in comfort. Each room has cable TV with DVD player, Wireless internet, hairdryer, irons, and extra pillows. Strategically stationed snacks, beverages and refrigerator/microwave are readily available to all guests. These refreshments are complimentary, as are the freshly baked cookies that greet you in the Library upon check-in. Electric fireplaces, too--so cozy!
    Join us in the Media Room or Library for a complimentary beverage in the evenings. Tickle the Ivories at our Baby Grand piano in the front parlor. Recline in our double hammock and watch the leaves shimmer in the breeze. Relax with a cool drink in the swing on our wrap around porch and imagine the many who did the same as Gibson girls strolled down the avenue back in the day.
    The Colonial Suite
    The Colonial Suite Each suite includes a full gourmet breakfast for two each morning, served in the GardenSide Dining Room. Local guests may join you by reservation. Dinner at the Inn is also available by reservation. Concierge Service is available as well as many special services.

    Suites in the rear wing have private entrances, suites in the main house awaken to the incredible aromas of a delectable and hearty breakfast coming from Pamela's kitchen. Our goal is to tempt and delight each of your senses.

    Policies
    • Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. If we need to step out you'll find your suite information at the Lobby Entrance off the Rear Parking Lot.
    • Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out must be arranged with the innkeeper in advance.
    • Room rates are based upon 1 or 2 person occupancy.
    • Rates vary by season and are subject to state and local taxes.
    • Keeneland Racing (October and April), Churchill Downs and The Rolex Equestrian Events weekends require a two night stay minimum.
    • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
    • Payment may be made with a Visa, MasterCard or cash.
    • For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please smoke only outdoors, there are several comfortable outdoor seating areas perfect for a relaxing smoke break. Smoking is not permitted indoors and violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee to the registered guest.
    • Pets are not accepted. There are five felines who reside outdoors only, and are very friendly--enjoy or ignore them at will but please do not invite them in--the next guest may be allergic. We also have raccoons, opossums, ground hogs, chipmunks, squirrels, birds, rabbits, and the occasional deer. The animal quotient is full and we cannot risk an unpleasant interaction with visiting pets and the local fauna or other guests. Thank you for understanding...
    • In order to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests, children under 6 require special arrangement.
    • Cancellations
      • Please note that we have a seven (7) day cancellation policy on all reservations.
      • If you cancel your reservation within the seven (7) day period, there will be a $75 service charge.
      • Cancellations during racing season (April and October), holidays, and/or special events require thirty (30) days notice.
      • No Call/No Show means no one else can book the suite and you will be charged-please show us the same courtesy we extend to you--Thank you!
    • Special Touches
      • Orders can be placed for flowers, cakes, fruit/cheese plates, dinner reservations, massage, or just about anything you desire.
      • Just ask! 48 hrs advance notice may be needed to accommodate some wishes...
    • Gift Certificates
      • Always available for special occasions - Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas, etc.
      • Our gift certificates make a great "thank you" gift or "just thinking of you" gift.
