Austin's Inn Place features five king bed guest rooms and three queen bed guest rooms each with private baths & bidets. Two of our king bed rooms have two-person hot tubs. Two have water jet bath tubs. Sleep in pampered luxury, on our queen or king top-of-the-line memory-foam pillow-top mattresses, dressed with fine linens, blanket, lush pillows and comforter. All rooms also have TV/DVD, easy chair/recliner, desk/chair workspace, foot-of-the-bed bench, clock radio, and armoire.

Room Rates & Policies:
(*Ky Derby, St James Art Show and Breeder's Cup weekends excluded.)- Guest rooms pricing ranges from $100-$155/night:
- Queen bed rooms are $120 single occupancy, $135 for two people.
- King bed rooms are $130 single, $145 double.
- Kings w/hot tub are $140 single, $155 for two.
- We request payment in advance, for the first night's lodging, and full payment upon check-in.
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in will be fully refunded their deposits.
- Check-in time is 3pm et; check-out is 12n.
Kentucky Derby weekend is a very special time in Louisville. Like most inns and hotels, we offer our accommodations in specially priced packaged promotions. Included are three nights lodging at Austin’s Inn Place. We compliment our luxurious guest rooms and sumptuous daily breakfast with a Thursday night welcome dinner party. You will be treated to mint juleps, gourmet hors d’oeuvres and dinner buffet. Choose a queen bed room ($1500), king bed room ($1650) or king bed hot tub ($1800). State and local taxes of 14.5% are applicable.
Derby event package pricing is applicable May 3, 4, 5, 2012. We request a 50% deposit, at booking, with the balance due by January 31, 2012. Cancellations up to that date will be refunded less $100 to cover rebooking and credit card processing fees. Bookings beyond January 31 require full non-refundable payment, at time of reservation. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
