    Hospitality Rates
    • Single rooms are available in the main house at a daily rate of $119 plus tax.
    • Suites are available in the guest quarters at a daily rate of $199 plus tax per suite.
    • During special events, a minimum of three nights' stay is required.
    • The Kentucky Derby, NCAA tournaments and the Breeders Cup weekend are examples of special events.

    Privately arranged horse farm tours and/or tours of the Bluegrass.
    Box lunches for picnics.
    Office services including fax and copy facilities.

    Reservation Policy

    • Swann's Nest requires one night's deposit to guarantee all reservations.
    • Refunds are cheerfully given if cancellation occurs seven (7) days prior to date of arrival.
    • Special event bookings are considered for refunds on an individual basis.
    • We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks.
    • All accounts must be paid in full prior to departure. For extended stays of more than one week, bills are rendered and due weekly.
    • An 13% local and state tax is added to all rates.
