Policies
- Rates are for single or double occupancy and do not include tax.
- Check-in: 3:00 pm or later; Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Visa or MasterCard or cash accepted.
- A credit card number will be required to hold your reservation.
- A $45 fee will be charged to your credit card if you "do not show", for each night you reserved a room. A confirmation number will be given to you when we have received your credit card number by phone at: 859-583-1895. Your phone call to us, and the confirmation number we give you confirms your reservation.
- For reservations made within 2 weeks of your expected arrival, we hold to a 48-hour cancellation policy where your deposit ($45 fee) becomes non-refundable unless your room can be re-rented. For reservations made more than two weeks ahead, we hold to a 14-day cancellation policy where your deposit ($45 fee) becomes non-refundable unless we can re-rent your room. For certain special weekends (like Centre Graduation and Homecoming, etc., there is a"no cancellation" policy unless your room can be re-rented.
- Our home is a non-smoking, pet-free facility.
- Children 12 years or older are welcome.
- A roll away can be rented for $10/night.
- If more than two persons stay in a guestroom, each additional breakfast will cost $8.
