We offer facility only rentals or “packaged” weddings where all the traditional elements of your wedding are com-bined and provided for one price—-no surprises, no stress—and yet you will still have choices when it comes to your cake, flowers and food. Our top-of-the-line Dream Day Wedding pack-age for 50 guests, with everything included, starts at only $5295 for a Monday-Thursday event.

We can offer exceptional prices because we carefully selected vendors who are small business owners without excessive overhead like many of the larger companies. We wanted family-owned businesses that are wedding professionals and clearly recognize that the couple is what is most important. And, while we do offer these packages, you can upgrade any of our stan-dard weddings at very reasonable prices. You may want to add food selections, choose flowers that may not be on the standard list or add more photography. It’s all up to you.

WEDDINGS—Dream Day Wedding

Your Dream Day Wedding event begins with the arrival of the Bride and her escort in a horse-drawn carriage. She’ll make her way to her Groom—he may be waiting on the bridge spanning the koi pond or on the nature-covered gazebo washed in white lights. After the ceremony, the couple will depart in the carriage for a brief ride and will return to greet their guests at the cocktail reception. Your Dream Day four-hour event includes the following:

• Minister/Officiate
• Wedding Coordinator
• Music of your choice—CD/IPOD
• Horse-drawn carriage for a total time of 1.5 hours, including waiting time for ceremony
• Photography—200 photos on a CD; additional items/photos can be purchased
• Wedding flowers—rose bouquets (solid or mixed), garden style flowers, sunflowers, white or blue hydrangea, calla lily or star of Bethlehem. Includes Bride bouquet and toss away bouquet; 2 bridesmaid bouquets, up to 6 each of Boutonnieres and corsages, centerpiece for main reception/food table.

WEDDINGS—Facility only Rental

If you want to do it all yourself but are just looking for a unique setting we can offer you our property. You would receive use of our grounds, gardens, patio, gazebo/deck, Great Room, Mary B Weller Event Center and Carriage Haus.  No other options are included in the facility rental. The renting party is responsible for set up/clean up as well as providing all items necessary for the day. Maximum duration 5 hours, 50 guests.

WEDDINGS—Rehearsal Dinners

Couples looking for somewhere other than a restaurant to host their rehearsal dinner can be ac-commodated at Weller Haus. We offer several options for your rehearsal dinner including use of the Carriage Haus, Mary B Weller Event Center or Great Room only or a combination of all facilities. You do NOT have to book a wedding with us in order to book a rehearsal dinner. Our prices include only the facility rental fee. Catering services with our in-house caterer are additional.  Please call us for pricing on rehearsal dinners. 

FLORAL—included options

Weller Haus has negotiated a floral package for brides with the designs being solid or mixed color rose bouquets, garden flowers, sunflowers, blue or white hydrangeas or calla lilies. Your floral package will have a different amount of additional bouquets for bridesmaids, corsages or boutonniere's depending on the wedding package selected and cannot be modified. Color choices for this package are shown below. Should you want to design something other than what is offered or order additional items, we’ll be happy to work with our florist. As this may be considered an upgrade to the standard package, additional pricing will be available after we have met with the florist.

Your wedding day is a dream come true and that means your cake should be one too! Your cake will not be refrigerated or frozen—-but baked the day before your wedding. Our cake vendors offer a variety of flavors and fillings...samples of offerings are listed below. If you’d prefer cupcakes—that’s an option too, or you can do a combination of a cake and cupcakes. We offer a standard wedding cake in our package or if you have an idea or photo, we can pass that on to the baker/decorator. Extremely intricate designs may be additional and will be priced after consultation with the baker.

Minister/Officiate

Weller Haus Ministers and officiates have performed hundreds of ceremonies, both religious and non-religious. You are free to write your own vows or use traditional marriage vows. They are all available for consultation via email and phone to discuss your specific needs and will most certainly meet you in person should you choose to do so prior to your Wedding day. Their services include an arrival at least 30 minutes prior to your ceremony and departure ap-proximately 15-30 minutes after the ceremony. Should you require any type of rehearsal the day before the wedding there is an additional fee.

Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride

Since Weller Haus does not have a “grand staircase” for the bride’s entrance, the Horse and Carriage will serve as the entrance for the bride and her escort. They will leave in the carriage and proceed around the block to return to the waiting groom and guests. After the ceremony, the couple will depart in the carriage for a brief ride and return to their reception. You will have 1.5 hours total time for the horse and carriage, including ceremony waiting time.

Photography

The photographer will be able to capture all moments of your Wedding and Reception as they will be available for 4 hours. You Dream Day package includes a CD with 200 photographs and are free to reproduce or send them to anyone—they do not own the rights to your photos. If you choose, you can request more photos, additional time, printed photos, etc for an addi-tional fee. You can add photography to any package you purchase.

CATERING—Hors D’oeuvres selections

All cocktail receptions include Garden Fresh Vegetables, Seasonal Fruits/Berries, Chunk Cheese, either 3 or 6 additional selections (based on package purchased), condiments to compli-ment selections and elegant clear disposable dinnerware. Additional selections are available.
