With 7200 square feet and seven guestrooms, The Winchester Guest House Inn Bed & Breakfast Resort is the perfect option for small group events such as church leadership retreats, ladies retreats, wedding parties, corporate leadership retreats, family reunions, and family holiday gatherings with up to 25 overnight guests. Slumber Parties... Have the ultimate slumber party. Rent the Fireplace Suite then invite up to 4 additional people to share in the fun for a fantastic overnight party. Extra persons are just $25 each. A full hot breakfast and late night swimming/hot tubbing is included.
Weddings... For weddings you can have up to 25 guests stay at the Inn and have your reception, or even your wedding at the beautiful Beeson Clubhouse complete with dance floor and two wood burning fireplaces. The Beeson clubhouse (for groups up to 100+) is also an excellent facility for company meetings where additional capacity is required.
Parties... You can have a fun filled party for up to 22 guests even without an overnight stay. Celebrate birthdays, graduation, the superbowl, anniversaries, or just because you want to! Enjoy our indoor pool and spa, watch movies or play video games, play billiards, ping pong, darts, volleyball, and putting in our game room. Rent the poolroom and patio area for $150 for a three hour party. Add $75 if you would like the fun activities in our theater/game room area.
We schedule parties in two time blocks on Saturdays and Sundays:
- Block #1: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Block #2: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
